The main products we produced are extrued aluminum profiles. The surface treatments include powder coated, anodized , electrophoresis and wood grain. Different shape Aluminum profiles are widely used in doors and windows as well as in industry. We can produce CNC processed profiles, such as for punching, tapping... Powder coated aluminum profile micron thickness in 60μm- 80μm , Anodized aluminum profile micron thickness in 8μm-15μm. The max length of powder coated aluminum profile is 7.5Meter. The maxi length of Anodized aluminum profile is 12Meter. OEM & OEM accepted.
The factory has 15 extrusion machines , from the smallest 660 tons extrusion mahcine to the largest 6200 tons extruison mahcine. Annual output is 30,000tons aluminum profiles. It can produce small aluminum profile and large-sized aluminum profile with width dimension up to 530 mm. Advanced extrusion mahcine and strict quality control system ensures that all the profile dimensions are accurate. we exported aluminum profile to Asia, Europen, south American ....

Q8:What's the differences between the theoretical weight and actual weight?
A:Actual weight is the actual measured weight including packaging.The theoreticalweight is identified according to the drawing,calculated by of the weight of eachmeter multiplied by the length of profile.
Q9:What's your payment term?
A:Usually we do 30%T/T deposit +70%T/T balance against B/L copy.
Q10:Date of delivery?
A:Usually 20days to 30days for one container.
